ALICE Law College
ALICE Law College celebrated Constitution Day on 26th November 2025 with great enthusiasm and reverence for the Indian Constitution. The programme was conducted from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon within the college premises under the guidance of Prof. Ravina Katkar.
The programme was organized under the able leadership of the Principal, Dr. Shweta Choudhari, with the objective of creating awareness among students about the values, principles, and significance of the Constitution of India.
The event was graced by the presence of esteemed dignitaries:
- Mrs. Asha Dsouza, Chairperson
- Mr. Deep Murzello, Trustee
- Dr. Rivi Rebello, Secretary
The celebration commenced with a brief introduction highlighting the importance of 26th November, marking the adoption of the Indian Constitution in 1949. The dignitaries addressed the students and emphasized the role of the Constitution in safeguarding democracy, justice, liberty, equality, and fraternity. They encouraged students to uphold constitutional values in both their professional and personal lives.
To actively involve students and enhance their understanding, various activities were organized:
- Essay Writing Competition
- Poster Making Competition
- Preamble Reading
The activities witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, showcasing their creativity, knowledge, and respect for constitutional principles. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks, acknowledging the efforts of the organizers, faculty members, and students for making the event successful.
The Constitution Day celebration at ALICE LAW COLLEGE was meaningful and educational, successfully instilling constitutional awareness and civic responsibility among students.
